The care manager is a role in which a leadership person comes in and assess the needs of the individual and ensures that these needs are met.
Care managers are responsible to know the day-to-day operations of the client which can include, managing care staff at home, transportation, managing finances and budgeting and ensuring that they are receiving personal care and all standards are met according to the state and national guidelines.
Care Managers arrange transportation for doctors appointments and accompany them on their visits to ensure they are well taken care of and their voices are heard.
